KARAVAN PLANET presents you 2 days of music and celebration in the heart of the Viveros Gardens with artists from different countries, cultures and styles to experience musical diversity.
Serbian musician and film composer Goran Bregovic was born in Sarajevo (Yugoslavia) in 1950, and began his musical career in 1966 as bassist for the local rock group Bestije. Since then, he has been part of numerous artistic projects taking his music beyond its borders. Although what really made him become an icon was his grand debut with the soundtrack of the film “The Time of the Gypsies” by Emir Kusturica.
The best audiences around the world have witnessed his explosive performances. It is a powerful distillate in which he synthesizes and amalgamates the different folklore forms of Eastern Europe. Thus, in his orchestra there are Bulgarian voices, brass fanfare and the indispensable bass drum, all united to reflect the best of traditional sounds under the electrifying prism imposed by the director with his guitar and his arrangements.
Two of his latest albums, “Alkohol” and “Champagne For Gypsies”, place special emphasis on his festive nature, intrinsically linked to the celebration. And although the titles mention drinking as something inseparable from the party, it is the author himself who specifies that his music is equally suitable for teetotalers. It is something that should be very clear to anyone who has been able to attend any of his previous visits. And, paraphrasing the title of one of his most exciting songs, “Gas, gas”, the engine of his rhythm machine always works with full throttle.
This year he has presented his album “The Belly Button of The World” with which he is touring around the world.

From the bars to the big parties, from the street to the European squats, from the slopes of Lyon’s Croix Rousse to the community country house, there is only one rule: there is no limit to the tribe.
That’s why if we started as a “ska group”, classifying ourselves later was complicated: ska, reggae, rock, French song, gypsy punkster… we had it all.
Almost 30 years of career, 2000 concerts in about forty countries, 6 albums, 2 EPs, 1 live… 8 guys on stage to surprise the audience, whoever they are!!!
Then we want to do a “last lap”. It’s a bit like visiting family before moving to a faraway country… seeing older people again, meeting young nieces and cousins!

“Huracán Romántica” is a rock band with songs that explore new musical terrain to which they add eloquent lyrics that speak without concessions. Themes that tell things and tell them well, with compositions that combine powerful and intense guitars with subtle melodies. A project by Gerardo Sanz, singer of “La Pulquería”, master of ceremonies who handles the musical themes of this project with solvency and self-confidence, and his audience, accompanied by three other greats of the Valencian music scene: Dani Moreno, guitarist of “ Skaparrapid”, -guitar solosCarlos Zanetti -choirs, rhythm and acoustic guitarsAna Chamorro -bassist- arrived directly from Venezuela. Currently the band is in a moment of important musical maturity, with that touch of foolishness necessary to continue in this, immersed in this exciting, uncertain and desirable journey, climbing steps in the current music scene.
El Tío la Careta is a catchy alternative rock band accompanied by a powerful horn section. His music is a cry against the injustices of a world that often turns its back on social problems, but it is also optimism and the desire to make a revolution without losing the smile and the will to live. We can see them at Nits de Vivers presenting their latest work that they will release shortly.
