The Galician singer returns to Valencia with his entire band to present the songs from his new album, Trinchera Pop (Warner, 2023), which comes after several years of record silence. We already know a couple of songs from this new album and the expectations of the musician from Vigo are being more than fulfilled: that it be better than the previous one, and that it be different in form and content. To do this, they have followed a compositional approach based on the prior use of toys and electronic devices, rather than starting with the usual guitar or piano, and trying to avoid romantic love or predictable content in pop music to delve into the ideas and the metaphysics, in philosophy through emotion. The two advances that Ferreiro has published give a good account of this purpose and augur an extraordinary album, a faithful reflection of the state of full musical and vital maturity that the artist is going through.

Iván Ferreiro will be accompanied by his usual band: Pablo Novoa on keyboards, Ricky Falkner on bass, Xabier Molero on drums, Marta Toro on keyboards and programming, and Emilio Saiz and Amaro Ferreiro on guitars.
